DELIVERY POLICY

Any orders for deliveries within the Klang Valley must be received at least 24 hours before the time of delivery. All orders received through our online ordering system will be delivered within the specified time. However, due to some problems like incomplete or incorrect details, recipient(s) not being present or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries can sometimes be late or even not possible.

Orders for weekends or peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, festive celebrations, etc. must be received at least 48 hours earlier.

Outstation orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the time of delivery. Please see our other terms and products for outstation orders. Please call us for international deliveries.

Notwithstanding the above, we will undertake special requests for urgent delivery on a case-to-case basis. Please call us at 03-77279850 for such requests before you place an online order.

RETURNS POLICY

Should there be any problems with our products, we should be notified immediately upon receipt of them. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns if we are not informed of your intention to return.

Returns will only be excepted if the products delivered are damaged, incorrect or an error on our part.

We will refund the full amount or replace the product if the above conditions are met.
